User-Generated Content

Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the platform exceed the amount of fifty Malaysian Ringgit (RM 50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

Termination

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Highland Spin Retreat shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the platform shall be instituted in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pahang, Malaysia.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pahang, Malaysia, and waive any objection to such venue. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms
